Practice Cloud Release note Version 2.38 ======================================== Whats new on this version: ************************** ' Remove Practice Reminder Pubic folder functionality ' Reminders now only sending SMS with appointment message instead ' SMS sent from Task folder will be recorded (audit trail) on the body of the form (if available) Bug(s) fixing: ************** ' Fixed configuration not saving on local file ' Fixed "Add Signature" check box not adding signature when sending multiple SMS ' Fixed spaces removed on Signature INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ========================================= System Required: ' Microsoft Windows XP Professional and above ' Public Folder enabled Microsoft Outlook 2003 and above ' Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5 full version ' Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Runtime ' "Developer" tab showing on Microsoft Outlook Installation ' Open Microsoft Outlook and navigate to "Public Folder - All Public Folder - Practice Central" ' If the folder do not exists please create "Practice Central" folder under "All Public Folder" ' Create new folder within PraCtice Central Folder with Calendar as folder type and name it "Practice Reminder" ' Give permission to All user (or Domain user) as "Publishing editor" on the folder ' Download base installation (version 2.25) ' Download the latest upgrade ' Unzip the base installation and double click setup.exe and follow the instructions ' Unzip the latest upgrade and double click setup.exe and follow the instructions ' Open Outlook and Register the product ' Open custom form provided on the base installation folder (.oft extention file) within Microsoft outlook by navigationg to "Developer tab" and select "Choose Form" - then select "User Templates in File System" from the drop down list - then navigate to the base installation folder by clicking browse button ' Published the form with "Appointment" as the name to "Practice Reminder" folder ' Continue configuring the Practice AddIn ' Once the configuration completed your AddIn ready to be used If you have any question, Please contact Best Practice Solutions Help Desk team by contacting (03) 94971377 or email bpshelpdesk@bpsonline.com.au
